How to: Draw a rectangle.
Solution:
Use the 'Rectangle' tool from the 'Report' Design Toolbox.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select a form. (The form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The form opens in Design view.)
5) If the Toolbox is not open, click 'Toolbox' located in the 'Form Design' toolbar. (The button appears depressed when Toolbox is active.)
6) Click 'Rectangle' from the Toolbox.

7) Move the mouse pointer to the desired location for the top left corner of the rectangle. (The cursor appears as a + and a rectangle.)
8) Press and hold down the mouse button while dragging diagonal and down across the form.
9) Release the mouse button when the desired size is reached.
